As many of our items are pre-loved, we take great care to accurately describe each item and highlight any noticeable flaws within the listing.

Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

Photographs may be requested to help us assess the issue.

Sizing and Fit

Measurements are provided where possible to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

As sizing can vary between brands and garments, we encourage customers to request additional measurements before purchasing if they are unsure about fit.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns solely because an item does not fit or is not suitable in size.

Condition of Pre-Loved Items

Our items may show minor signs of previous wear consistent with their age and pre-loved nature. Any significant flaws will be clearly stated within the product description.
