Welcome to Off The Rails IOM. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to any purchases made through our online store.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. About Us
Off The Rails IOM is an Isle of Man-based online clothing business selling new and pre-loved clothing, footwear and accessories.
We sell items directly and, in some cases, on behalf of clients. Where items are being sold on behalf of a client, this does not affect your consumer rights or our responsibility to ensure that the item is accurately described.
2. Our Products
We sell a mixture of new and pre-loved items.
As many of our products are unique or one-off pieces, availability is limited. Once an item has been sold, we cannot guarantee that the same item will be available again.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
For pre-loved items, normal signs of previous wear may be present. Any significant flaws, marks or damage that we are aware of will be described and/or photographed in the product listing.
Where measurements are provided, these are intended as a guide. If you are unsure whether an item will fit, we strongly recommend contacting us for additional measurements before purchasing.
3. AI-Generated Feature Images
Some product listings may use an AI-generated feature image to demonstrate how an item may look when worn or styled.
These images are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately represent the exact appearance, fit, colour or proportions of the actual item.
The actual product photographs and written description should always be used when assessing the item you are purchasing.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
We make every effort to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to contact you before fulfilling your order and, where appropriate, cancel and refund the order.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) selected.
An order confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been received. Your order will be considered accepted when we confirm that it has been processed for dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable, has been incorrectly listed, or if there is an obvious error with the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
6. Payment
Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received.
7. Delivery
We currently offer the following delivery options within the Isle of Man:
Standard delivery: £4 for orders under £50
Free delivery: Orders of £50 or more
Local delivery in the south of the island:£3
Collection: Free collection from our store
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.
Delivery times may vary and are outside of our control once an order has been handed to the delivery provider.
If there is a significant delay with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
8. Collection
If you select collection at checkout, you will be notified when your order is ready to collect.
Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting to collect it.
9. Returns & Refunds
Because many of our items are unique and one-off, we do not generally accept returns simply because an item does not fit or because you have changed your mind.
We provide measurements wherever possible and encourage customers to contact us for additional measurements before purchasing if they are unsure about sizing.
However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
If an item is faulty, incorrectly described or not as ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so that we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

10. Faults and Item Condition
We carefully check items before listing them. For pre-loved items, reasonable signs of previous wear are not considered faults where they have been clearly described or are reasonably apparent from the listing photographs.
If you believe an item has a fault that was not disclosed in the listing, please contact us with photographs and details of the issue.
11. Ownership of Goods
Goods remain the property of Off The Rails IOM until payment has been received in full.
12. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or completely free from technical issues.
All photographs, branding, text and other content created for Off The Rails IOM remain our property unless otherwise stated and must not be reproduced or used without permission.
13. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Personal information provided when placing an order or contacting us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website or legal requirements.
The latest version will always be available on our website, with the date of the most recent update shown at the top of the page.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the Isle of Man
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
